The Alpha Tracker Roadmap for 2026

The long-awaited Release 42 wraps up a number of features we have been trialling with customers.  These include:

• Water Hygiene improvements for data collection, the Client Portal, automated milestones, auto-emailing of reports and more
• improved QR Codes
• more admin automation including auto-populating of Report Recipients
• completing the Australian asbestos risk assessment methodology
• improved security throughout the product

This release features:

• an updated version of our software framework for better performance
• faster importers
• a new look for the software - easier to read, simpler, better on a tablet
• useage tracking so we can make the common processes even faster
• integration with Assure360
• API updates 

Building on the AI work we have been doing throughout 2025, we will be integrating a number of AI extensions to Alpha Tracker:

• jotter auto-summaries
• AI photo analyser
• better list summaries throughout
• an updated and integration AI QC checker
• Tracker Agent - our AI-powered replacement for Tracker Filer

This is when we'll be focused on the finance changes requested by clients including improved Xero integration, easy and faster invoicing, a new "application for payment" process, and something to help your designated charity.

We're batching up changes requested by our Australian and New Zealand asbestos consultancy clients and released a special update, just for them.

This update will focus on your customers and how we can improve the Alpha Tracker experience for them.

Expect to see new and improved calendar views, integration of What3Words, better mapping and a new Calendar Sync module.

We're rebuilding our Fire Risk module from scratch and expect this to arrive in Release 42.7.

Alpha Tracker already passes most accessibility standards, but in this release we'll focus on raising our game even further.  This will make Alpha Tracker easier for user with limited vision, in particular.

We hope to be retiring some of our older "behind-the-scenes" modules towards the end of this year.  They will be replaced with our new product core, which will arrive in Release 43.  Lots more to come about this release!
