Site Data Capture
Alpha Tracker Mobile, our app in the Google & Apple play stores, is used by water technicians to undertake Legionella Risk Assessment and monitoring jobs.
Working completely offline, your technicians will find the app fast and easy to use. A simple menu leads the technician through the tasks allocated to them.
Swiping water assets and outlets into a site enables staff to conduct monitoring tasks. Capture unlimited photos and notes for each asset inspected or serviced.

Invoicing
Some software packages run out of steam when it is time to invoice - not Alpha Tracker. We were the first software system in our market to be genuinely "end to end", from first contact with a prospective customer through to generating an invoice.
We have a simple invoicing workflow to ensure that every job is invoiced correctly and as soon as the job is complete. Water reports, bulk sampling, training or consultancy - any type of work can be invoiced by your accounts team.
Invoice templates are flexible (standard ones are supplied to get your started) and can naturally include your company branding.
Invoices can be automatically posted to Xero if you wish, or imported directly into Sage or QuickBooks.
Client Portal
Our Client Portal is built into Alpha Tracker and completely under your control. Allocate logins to your clients whenever you want, along with appropriate user permissions.
Your clients will be able to download reports, view water assets and outlets, study temperature charts, upload documents and even request new work or authorise quotations.
The Alpha Tracker Client Portal is more than just a document-sharing website. Your clients will find that it enables them to manage their entire water system whilst continuing to see your company branding and maintaining the connection to your business.
